- Wash 2 to 3 times before first use to open up the loops and release loose fibres.
- Wash warm or cold, up to 40°C (104°F), with a mild detergent.
- Wash dark colours separately for the first few washes.

New cotton terry can release a little lint in the first few washes. It settles quickly.

Weight and fibre. Ultrasoft is woven at 600 GSM, heavier than most everyday towels at 400 to 500, so it feels thick and plush. It is made from long-staple cotton, which spins into a smoother, stronger yarn, so it feels softer, sheds less and keeps its loops wash after wash.
Do they dry quickly?
Yes. 600 GSM is the sweet spot between plush and practical. Hung open on a rail or hook, Ultrasoft dries well between daily showers.
Are the towels heavy or bulky?
They feel substantial in your hands, which is what makes them feel luxurious, but they are not stiff or bulky. They fold neatly and fit a standard towel rail and shelf.
How do I care for my towels to keep them soft?
